Effective tips and techniques for dealing with "challenging" volunteers and/or situations (don't want to "fire" them, but need to address the issues compassionately." Some examples: they love their volunteer role, but paid staff have complaints; personality conflicts; he said -- she said; etc. I have a few techniques I've used in some situations, but would love to hear other ideas and experiences.
